Psych-K

If you like EFT or Meridian Tapping, you'll love Psych-K! It works quicker and faster, with the same or better results!

I was a die-hard tapper, but now I do both. I save the tapping for when I'm going on walks or am out and about doing things.

I use Psych-K when I have a few minutes to sit still and get things done.

Both systems work with your beliefs and belief systems. They can also use the same positive phrases.

Both systems also allow you to discover and eliminate limiting beliefs that are keeping you from enjoying your life to its fullest potential.

You can ask yourself: What would my life be like if I were fearless? If I didn't have any inhibitions holding me back?

That's what Psych-K does for you. It shifts your belief systems down to a cellular level.

I know, so do EFT and Meridian Tapping.

Here's why it is so easy.

So, if you have a negative thought, such as, "So-and-So drives me crazy." And say this thought is about someone you interact with on a day to day basis.

With EFT, you might say "Even though So-and-So drives me crazy, I deeply and completely accept myself."

Then you might choose an opposite statement, "I choose to be calm cool, collected and completely at ease around So-and-So."

And, the limitation with EFT and Meridian Tapping is that you may or may not have gotten to the root of the issue.

With Psych-K, you muscle test - or work with someone who knows how to muscle test - if the statement is true (strong) or false (negative). Be sure to say "Be Strong" prior to muscle testing.

Then, you cross your legs one way or the other. And then your arms one way or another. Be sure to muscle test which way is strongest for each placement (right over left or left over right.)

Then you just relax and sit there while you say the statement over and over again.

You are balancing both hemispheres of the brain and rewiring the neurons in your brain. Likely you've seen shows on the Science Channel or documentaries that discuss the amazing way the brain can start working again when certain areas have been stimulated.

Basically, you're shutting down the negative wiring and lighting up the positive wiring.

And you sit there until you're done. When you're done, you're done. You just know it. You might get a little bored, or you might find another statement sneaks in and wants attention.

But you can be sure that you adopted the positive statement because you muscle test if there has been a shift.
